At Bravocado, we take pride in providing high-quality, ready-to-go party bags that bring smiles to kids and convenience to parents. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products — pre-filled party bags containing toys, sweets, and other items — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [your email], and we’ll do our best to put things right.


Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Items arrived damaged or faulty

  • Incorrect items were sent

To request a refund, email us at kevin@cantiumgin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at kevin@cantiumgin.com
